THE BRIEF

Ahead Agency has been a long-standing marketing partner for Hideaway Garden Rooms, managing a fully integrated package spanning Meta advertising, complete social media management, and on-site content production across every project from groundworks to completion.

This particular project, a landmark installation in Cobham, Surrey, represented a significant milestone for the brand. It was Hideaway's first build in their new Maple Lodge garden room style, making authentic, high-quality visual content an absolute priority. With only AI-generated and CGI imagery previously representing this product on their website, real photography and video were urgently needed to bring the Maple Lodge to life for prospective clients, and to maximise reach across Meta advertising and social media at launch.

OUR APPROACH

Rather than capturing a single snapshot of the finished build, our creative team visited the Cobham project multiple times throughout the installation process, a deliberate strategy to tell the full story of a Hideaway Garden Room, from bare plot to breathtaking result.

Before & during early visits captured the transformation in progress, documenting the professionalism, capability, and craft of Hideaway's installation team at work. This behind-the-scenes content served a dual purpose: building trust with prospective clients by demonstrating the quality of the process, not just the finished product, while fuelling the brand's social media channels with compelling, real-time content throughout the build.

Final production our final visit delivered a comprehensive suite of internal and external photography and videography, composed to showcase the Maple Lodge's architectural detail, interior finish, and how beautifully the structure integrates within its surroundings. Every asset was captured and optimised for purpose: website imagery, paid Meta campaigns, organic social content, and long-form video.
